A latest study led by Nutritional epidemiologist Karin Michels from the UCLA Fielding School of Public Health, USA, has found that skipping cow's milk from your daily diet chart and having a beer a day instead may help you posses a much better health.
Yes! Karin Michels who has spent a largest part of her life by searching ways to posses and maintain a good health for long, has made the announcement in recent past. According to Michels there are a lot of myths and misconceptions regardinng various foods which are actually completely rubbish in real.
While believing cow milk as a healthy diet is a complete delusion, having red meat to avoid an iron deficiency is also of no use.
Besides these old ancient believes around cow milk and meat, drinking alcohol is also considered to be a destructive kind of habit, though earlier studies have already proved a series of positive sides of consuming the liquid.
Talking about the same Michels has said, "Alcohol cleans out your coronary arteries, so if you have a strong family history of coronary artery disease, it may help you."
"On the other hand, you have to balance that against the fact that alcohol increases the risk of many cancers. For most people, we recommend limiting alcohol consumption to one beverage a day," she added.
