Fiona Hornby, a 25-year-old mother from Great Manchester is ‘unwillingly’ left housebound because of a rare condition that makes her breasts keep growing. The mother of one who suffers form a rear condition called macromastia fears her 48J chest will continue getting bigger even to a point that breastfeeding her baby has proven to be dangerous for fear of suffocating the toddler.
According to The Sun, Fiona’s rare condition first started she witnessed that her C-cup chest kept growing since puberty leaving it covered in painful sores, spots and purple rashes.
The 25-year-old tells the daily that because of her condition she can't stand up for more than five minutes at a time because of her crippling back pain, while also struggling to find clothes which fit her.
"My huge breasts have ruined my life. They have affected everything.
"My self-esteem has hit rock bottom, I can't find any clothes that fit and can't wear the same things as people my age.
"I have terrible back pains caused by the weight of my breasts. I can't hoover or sleep properly.
"If I do washing up I have to take a break halfway through because the pain is terrible.
"I find it difficult to go out in public because people think I've got big boobs because I look fat. Some people have even asked if I have had a boob job as they're that large’’ she told The Sun.
Fiona also admits that she barely sleeps and can't go to the gym anymore.
"When I'm in bed it's like I'm suffocating. I can't lie on my front because they're too heavy.
"It's like having a huge weight on my chest. Getting to sleep can be a real struggle sometimes.
"In 2013 I used to go to the gym and I weighed just seven-and-a-half stone but since my bust has continued to grow it has been impossible to work out.
"My boobs just didn't stop growing and just got bigger and bigger and droopier and droopier’ she adds.
The young mother who has also been subjected to body shaming on the internet while appearing on This Morning says that she now wants to raise £5,500 for a private op instead.
