Accepting India cricket team skipper Virat Kohli’s #Fitness Challenge, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday shared a video of his morning exercises and further nominated Karnataka Chief Minister HD Kumaraswamy and Table Tennis star Manika Batra for the #HumFitTohIndiaFit challenge.
In the one-minute-forty-nine-second video shared by Modi, he is seen practicing some Yoga Asanas and breathing exercises along with a walk on a track inspired by five elements of nature.
“Here are moments from my morning exercises. Apart from Yoga, I walk on a track inspired by the Panchtatvas or 5 elements of nature - Prithvi, Jal, Agni, Vayu, Aakash. This is extremely refreshing and rejuvenating. I also practice breathing exercises,” Modi tweeted with #HumFitTohIndiaFit.

The prime minister further nominated Karnataka Chief Minister HD Kumaraswamy, Table Tennis star Manika Batra and IPS officers for the #FitnessChallenge.
