Toned legs are just few exercises away, get rid of that extra fat on thighs with these tips

Toned legs are wished by everyone. They add to beauty. Well you can easily get your legs toned, either by doing some specific exercises or adding weights in workouts.

You can follow the given exercises to achieve toned legs:

Squats- Squats are great workout for building muscles of the body. Squats are also good for hip and glute. You just have to stand with your feet apart as per the width of the hips. Lower your body down, keeping your back straight and bending thighs parallel to the ground.

You have to ensure that your knees are not crossing your feet. Holding that position you have to stand back up right, breathing out. You can increase the hold or hold weights in your hands for greater impact, if your body is comfortable with regular workout.

Abduction- You have to lay down on your back and lift up your one leg high. By holding that posture you have to breathe normally.

Taking it back to resting position, you have to repeat same with another leg. You can also add ankle weights and repeat.

You have to stand with your hands on either sides, holding a dumbbell in each of them. Take a step forward, while dropping the back knee, keeping it slightly above the ground, ideally parallel to it. You have to repeat the movement with other leg and you have to keep on altering as you go on lunging your way.
