There’s no denying the fact that Indian cricketer Virat Kohli is a fitness enthusiast. His enviable fitness and workout routines give major inspirational goals to other team members as well as his fans. Recently, Virat uploaded a video of himself doing a box-jump at a considerable height, plus another one where he's performing a modified version of crunches holding non less than a weighted barbell rod above his chest. He captioned the video as, ''Putting in the work shouldn't be a choice, it should be a requirement to get better. #keeppushingyourself."
It seems Virat Kohli has inspired Miss Universe title holder and actress Urvashi Rautela, who equally loves to stay fit and in shape. She also uploaded two box-jump video, springing to a similar height as Kohli had. Urvashi's caption reads, "Train like a beast to look like a beauty. If you still look good after your workout , then you didn’t train hard enough. Sore today, strong tomorrow."

Earlier in an interview, Virat Kohli has mentioned that he has sacrificed butter chicken, mutton rolls and other dishes to reach a supreme fitness. In anothe interview Virat had insisted that maintaining high fitness has now become a part of his life style, and will stay with him even after he is done with professional cricket.
"Now, I don't do fitness to look good but to stay fit and obviously, I have professional requirements as well. But even after that (cricket), I don't think it will change and will become a life style," Kohli had said.
On the other hand, Urvashi Rautela also follows a strict diet plan along with daily exercise. On the work front, Urvashi Rautela was last on the big screen in Anees Bazmee’s multi-starrer comedy film Pagalpanti but it did not perform well at the box office. She recently appeared in a music video, Ek Diamond Da Haar Lede Yaar by Meet Bros, also featuring Jyotica Tangri. The song has over 11 million views on YouTube.
