India will celebrate its 73rd Independence day on August 15. The day is marked by Flag hoisting ceremony in he presence of the Prime Minister who later addresses the nation by armed forces of our country. The flag hoisting ceremony is followed by march past by soldiers and armed forces of India.
As always India Independence 2019 will be celebrated at the Red Fort.
The President of India will address the country at 7:00 p.m on August 14, 2019.
Next morning on 15th August at around 7:30 am, India’s Prime Minister will hoist the national flag at the Red Fort.
The National Anthem will be sung on this national event “Jana Gana Mana” the official time to sing the anthem is 52 seconds.
There will be a 21-cannon salute to pay respect to freedom fighters at the Red Fort.

There will be a military march followed by a closing ceremony!
