“Some men don’t like to go shopping or stay with their wives, and prefer to play games or watch television,” he told a French wire service at the enormous Global Harbor mall, where one husband was enjoying in a nearby booth shooting aliens.

Well, this may not be same for all. On a recent day, the people who visited the pods were teenagers, members of media, and curious onlookers.

A husband told he loved his wife's company, while Liu Tianguo told that scheme was not approved by his partner.

“I told my wife, ‘I’ll be here. You go shopping and you’ll find me here,'” said Liu.

“It’s comfortable and I can have a rest while she spends my money. She was ok with it — as long as I don’t stay here too long.”
