Amanda Liberty, a native of Leeds, England, is all for the ‘love has no boundaries' belief. After a man from Russia married a pizza after becoming fed up with being single, 31-year-old Amanda from Leeds is set to marry a 91-year-old German chandelier.
The woman, however, unlike the Russian man is identified to have a condition called, objectum sexuality, which is an unusual psychological phenomenon in which an individual feels powerful affection towards a particular inanimate object.

Her love for the chandelier whom she named Lumiere didn't just stop there. It is all too real for her, hence, to prove her affection for the 91-year-old German chandelier, Amanda also got a tattoo of Lumiere on her left arm. Mind blown?
According to reports, Amanda is engaged to Lumiere and is expected to strengthen her commitment ceremony with the chandelier which she bought from eBay very soon. But that doesn't mean that the avid collector of chandeliers doesn't like her other beauties any less.
And because of her psychological phenomenon, this hasn’t been the first time Amanda has fallen in love with other inanimate objects. Reports from various British publications point to the possibility that Amanda first fell in love with the Statue of Liberty at the age of 14. Reports have it that her love for the Statue of Liberty made her visit the States six times but eventually proved unfruitful because of the long-distance relationship.
Lumiere is, however, not the first of her artefact chandeliers. Amanda is in fact said to have collected more than 30 chandeliers. In one of her interviews about her chandelier collections, she stated, "None of my chandeliers are jealous of each other, they understand that I love them all for all of their different personalities. For example, I love kissing and cuddling Lumiere, but I sleep with Jewel every night, as she is portable and very nice to cuddle."
