After the 10-day-long extravaganza of Ganesh Chaturthi festivities, comes Anant Chaturdashi or Ganesh Visarjan, marking the end of the auspicious Hindu festival. On this special occasion, devotees across the country will bid adieu to their beloved Lord Ganesha by finally immersing the the Ganpati idols in a body of water with prayers.
