Our mind has been divided in two parts, let's learn about the distribution this paryushan, One part of our brain is the PAST And the other part is the FUTURE, We're continuously linked to the past like, "it happened that way", "it was like that", "it used to be this", "it used to be that"..and so on and the other part thinks "i would do it that way now", "i would do this", "i will not forgive that person" and so on...but what is the meaning of VARTMAN (PRESENT) yes we're forgetting to live the present which is directly connected to SOUL! IF YOU are successful in controlling your mind you will feel the essence of your soul and you would really rejuvenate it! This paryushan let's not focus on any materialistic thing train our mind and control not only on food, water & other emotions of our daily routine let's just feel the presence of soul inside us! It is difficult isn't it? How would u do it? You've been always active as a religious person mainly for this 8 days and why don't we apply it to our daily routine its very simple, Step 1:- Believe in karma that whatever has happened and whatever shall be happening is all cause what you're performing in the present. Step 2:- 30 minutes to an hour siting in an empty room and trying to forgive each and every soul and living being on this world for whatever harm u might have done to them. Step 3:- Bad vibe is the snake that comes in the darkness of ur life and the light with the grace of god will never let it enter ur soul so pray the One who has made u believe in karma and never ask for anything but start giving everything u can. Step 4:- Control all the Negativity around u and never let it overcome ur mind, look only for the present you're living and connect no other thing than the almighty to ur mind. Step 5:-Trust him,Trust karma & Trust all the things happening with you has some or the other reason so don't go in deep for whatever is happening to you This will be relaxing u down and letting u focus on yourself and bringing u directly in touch with ur soul. During this day people belonging to the Jain community carry an idol of Lord Mahavira for a ceremonial bath or Abhisheka. The devotees chant Jain bhajans on their way to the river. A prayer meeting is organised and people participate in charitable work all through the day. Devotees consume the ‘sattvic diet’ that is made from natural products procured without causing any kind of ill-treatment to any living organism before sundown.
