A latest study led by a group of researchers from Delhi-NCR area has found that leading a life full of unhealthy habits may affect the sex lives of couples in urban areas.
According to the study, fast life in metropolitan cities, constant work pressures at offices, and lack of sleep are among the crucial factors that can ruin a person's sex drive with each passing day.
The day-long study was conducted on several people aged between 18 and 45 from the National Capital and has shown that around 16 percent people from the city are suffering from sexual dysfunctions including lack of desire to have sex. The process is more mentally frustrating in case of men.

While stress is responsible for the problem in around 35 per cent of the victims, some people are also going facing the problem due to diabetes and other diseases.
Moreover, people traveling a lot for work purpose have also witnessed a huge lack of sexual desires in comparison to those who are not traveling much for work.
