Jamie Foxx and Katie Holmes have officially ended their 6 years of romance

Jamie Foxx and Katie Holmes have parted ways after six years of dating, People confirms. The duo starting dating in 2013, about a year after the actress divorced from Mission Impossible star Tom Cruise. In April a source told People that Foxx and Holmes’s relationship took a dive and were trying to make time for each other as much as possible.

“When they can spend time together, they do. When they’re busy and they can’t, they don’t. They are two adults who enjoy each other’s company and have for a long time,” the insider said.

The news of their relationship south was confirmed when just three days after before their split Foxx was seen holding hands with singer Sela Vave on Friday night as the two left Bootsy Bellows nightclub in Los Angeles.

Foxx and Holmes were first reported to be an item when the pair was seen hitting the dance floor together at the Apollo in the Hamptons event in East Hampton, New York in 2013. Holmes had then recently divorced Tom Cruise in 2012.
