New Delhi :
The famous Pentagon in Virginia of United States is a tourist's fancy who wonders how the world's most developed nation tackle the security issues behind the huge walls.
Well, your fancy can be subsided a little as China has developed a huge market complex inspired and named after the famous The Pentagon in the United States.
The region spans 70 acres and has been designed in such a manner that the whole market can be traveled quickly on foot. Built in 2009, it incurred an estimated cost of $200 million and is also equipped with large conference rooms and presentation areas including a regional logistics centre for UNICEF.
However, despite its grandness, the shopping complex hardly gets footfall and has now earned an eerie title of "the largest vacant building in Shanghai".
