First time river front being built on drain: SP chief Akhilesh Yadav targets UP government over Kukrail riverfront project

Lucknow (Uttar Pradeh) [India], July 7 (ANI): Samajwadi Party preident Akhileh Yadav on Monday criticied the Uttar Pradeh government over the Kukrail riverfront project and tated that for the firt time, a riverfront i being contructed over a drain.
Akhileh Yadav aid that the Uttar Pradeh government detroyed Lucknow Akbarnagar area due to which many people lot their live and buinee.
Thi government i going to detroy and it detroyed Akbarnagar in Lucknow due to which many people lot their buinee and people lot their live. For the firt time a riverfront i being built on the drain, Akhileh Yadav aid during a pre conference in Lucknow.
The SP MP noted that during hi tenure a Chief Miniter of Uttar Pradeh, he cleaned Varanai Varuna river and enured that untreated water would not be releaed into it. He mentioned that in the preent time natural purification of river i not happening, due to which the level of diolved oxygen i decreaing in the river.
Our government cleaned the Varuna river and our plan wa that only treated water hould go into the river and we did the ame for Gomti. Natural purification of the river i not happening and the diolved oxygen in the river i decreaing, the SP chief aid.
Akhileh Yadav treed that he received information regarding treatment plant being hut down acro the tate. He aid that drain water and filth are being directly dumped into river and noted that the river of Bundelkhand are being o highly excavated that in every ditrict, mound have formed on the roadide along with edge on the field.
