Mumbai: Son of MNS leader detained after video of him abusing woman goes viral

Mumbai (Maharahtra) [India], July 7 (ANI): A youth, identified a the on of Maharahtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) leader Javed Shaikh, wa detained by Mumbai Police on Monday after a video urfaced howing him allegedly abuing a woman following a minor road accident in Andheri Wet.
According to police, the youth, identified a Rahil Shaikh, on of MNS tate vice preident Javed Shaikh, could be een in the viral video verbally abuing the woman, reportedly after hi car hit her.
The incident took place on Vira Deai Road in Andheri Wet, Mumbai.
An FIR ha been filed at Amboli Police Station. Rahil Shaikh ha been detained and taken for medical examination. Hi car ha alo been eized for further invetigation, police aid.
A video i viral on ocial media where a hirtle youth i een abuing a woman, identified a Rajhree More, after hi car allegedly hit her. He ha been identified a Rahil Shaikh, who claim to be the on of MNS leader Javed Shaikh, Mumbai Police aid in a tatement.
Sharing the video of the incident, Shiv Sena (Eknath Shinde faction) leader Sanjay Nirupam criticied the MNS, accuing it of hypocriy.
