New Delhi [India], July 7 (ANI): The National Human Right Commiion (NHRC) on Monday aid that it ha found everal irregularitie in the cae of a fake doctor working a a Cardiologit at Miion Hopital in Madhya Pradeh Damoh.
The Human Right Commiion tated that after conducting a probe into the matter, it ha made everal recommendation to the Madhya Pradeh government and ha ought a report within four week. It ha further recommended that the Madhya Pradeh government hall pay R 10 lakh each a relief to the next of kin of all even patient who died following treatment by the fake Cardiologit at thi hopital.
After it enquiry, the National Human Right Commiion (NHRC) India ha found everal irregularitie in the cae of a fake doctor working a a Cardiologit at Miion Hopital in Damoh, Madhya Pradeh. Accordingly, it ha made everal recommendation to the Government of Madhya Pradeh and the Centre, eeking action taken report within four week. The Commiion had regitered the cae on the bai of a complaint on 28th March, 2025, and conducted it enquiry beide eeking report from the concerned State authoritie on the matter, NHRC aid in a releae.
The Commiion ha recommended to the Government of Madhya Pradeh, through it Chief Secretary, that it pay Rupee 10 Lakh each a relief to the next of kin of all even patient who died following treatment by the fake Cardiologit at thi hopital. The Commiion ha alo recommended cancellation of the licene of the Miion Hopital until the final dipoal of the matter, beide iuing neceary direction to official to inpect all Cath lab, which are functional in Madhya Pradeh, it added.
On April 7, Madhya Pradeh Chief Miniter Mohan Yadav aid that hi government will take trict action in the cae and highlighted that the State government would not make any delay in taking action againt uch cae and intructed that if there i any other uch cae in the State, the health department hould take trict action againt them.
NHRC alo tated that it ha recommended to the Director General of Police, Madhya Pradeh, to initiate departmental action againt the concerned police officer who committed negligence in the regitration of an FIR and invetigation into it. (ANI)
