Yes, you read it right. There is a video going viral on social media in which we can see CRPF personnel Havaldar Iqbal Singh, deployed in Srinagar, feeding his lunch to a paralytic child. He has been awarded with DG's Disc & Commendation Certificate for his act.

In a tweet, the news agency ANI posted a video and said, “CRPF Havaldar Iqbal Singh deployed in Srinagar feeds his lunch to a paralytic child.
