How many years of struggle does it take to own a Rs 55 crore property? 15 years? 30 years? Or an entire life? The answer is none of the above but 'six years'. Yes! You read it right. As per the latest media reports, a six-year-old South Korea girl has recently bought a property worth USD 8 million or Rs 55 crore approximately.
Boram Kim, a well-known Korean YouTuber, who already enjoys some 30 million subscribers on her channel, bought a five-storey building on a 258-square-metre (2,770-square-foot) plot of land in the posh Seoul suburb of Gangnam. The purchase was made through the Boram Family company, set up by her parents, CNN quoted a public real estate registration document.
Boram’s popularity on YouTube has no leaps and bounds with her toy review channel named Boram Tube ToysReview having 13.6 million subscribers hooked on to it and the video blog account entertaining 17.6 million others. There are also reports that her YouTube channels generate an estimated income of 3.7 billion or Rs 21 lakh aprox per month.
For those unsetved, several of Boram’s YouTube clips have garnered over 300 million views, including one which shows her slurping down instant noodles made by using a plastic toy kitchen.
Another famous clip titled Boram has a cold shows her preparing a make-believe herbal concoction to recover from a cold caught from prancing around in a park on a rainy day. It has already been viewed 333 million times.
