Gift of melody is a downpour not new to our Indian jawans. In the past we have witnessed soldiers despite tough terrain and conditions continue to mesmerized us with their signing voice one can only term ‘raw gold’. In yet one of those instances that is guaranteed to give everyone goose-bumps, a soldier at the Indo-Tibetan Border Police can be seen signing the cult patriotic song Sandese aate hain" from the 1997 hit "Border" ahead of the 73rd Independence Day.

Winning hearts and praises, even Union Minister Kiren Rijiju who tweets that he has also worked closely with the Indo-Tibetan Border Police commented,
"A heart touching rendition by @ITBP_official jawan Lovely Singh. I've worked very closely with our jawans and stayed with them in border areas. I can feel how they carry the heartbeat of the motherland," Mr Rijiju tweeted.
