A 10-year old boy from Kerala approached the police when his cycle was not repaired for over two months. Abin, grade 5 students send a handwritten note to Meppayur Police Station seeking their help.

He wrote the letter on November and mentioned that he and his brother dropped off their bicycles at a repair shop on September 5 but the shop owner did not return the cycle even after making several calls.

The letter was written in Malayalam and the boy is asking for help from the police. On Thursday, Kerala Police also shared a picture of the letter written on a page out of a notebook. Kerala Police’s Officer Radhika NP went to the shop and asked the owner about the case.

The repair shop owner replied that he had not been able to repair the two cycles as he was sick and busy with his son's wedding, and promised to deliver them soon

. Later, the police department also shared the image of the letter on their Facebook handle along with pictures of two boys.

The post garnered more than 65,000 likes and around 5,000 shares on Facebook along with hundreds of applauding comments.
