A puppy got his head stuck in a spare tyre in California and the news was shared by the Riverside County Animal Services on Twitter. Luckily, the puppy was safely rescued. The Twitter handle shared a picture of the doggo stuck in a tyre and wrote, "Breaking news: we are doing all we can to assist this pup. She got herself stuck in this spare tyre in #Coachella. With a series of tweets, the Twitter handle of the animal shelter kept the netizens updated about the puppy's rescue mission. Going by the tweets, a team of firefighters arrived to rescue the dog. They used a machine to safely cut a piece in the wheel so as to provide enough space for the dog to come out. The tyre was cut and the 3-month-old Australian cattle puppy came out.

According to reports by Animal Services spokesman, John Welsh, the dog was then put under medical assistance and observation. John said that the dog was able to have food after the rescue and would be returned to the owner shortly. The pup was nicknamed as Wheelie Pup by the rescuers.
Netizens were happy and impressed with the firefighters and they took to Twitter to praise them. While one user wrote, ''Thank you all for saving this pups life. You are the best of humanity.'' Another commented, ''I hope that the puppy is well. Great job men!''
