A photoshoot of Hindu-Muslim same-sex couple from New York has taken the internet by storm. The pictures feature Anjali Chakra from India and Sundas Malik from Pakistan, kissing and hugging each other while standing under an umbrella in the rain. The pictures were posted by couple's photographer Sarowar Ahmed. "A New York Love Story," wrote their photographer while sharing the pictures online. Wearing traditional outfits and jewellery, the couple looks ethereal in the pictures:

The post has collected over 41,000 'likes' and hundreds of comments. Many on social media praised the couple for breaking the barriers of gender and religion.
