Customers at a Cosco outlet in California’s Santa Cruz were recently treated to a Bollywood flash mob. Members of ‘Around The World In 80 Dances’ surprised shoppers last weekend with a choreographed dance routine on the superhit song London Thumakda. The performance was so infectious that other shoppers joined in as well.
Sharing the video on YouTube, the club also revealed that they dance their hearts out at the shopping centre for a noble cause. “The idea to do this began to fulfil a wish of someone celebrating being one year out of leukaemia, a parent and friend who loves all things Bollywood. Some drawn by that mission and others purely by the great energy of the song and dance, it grew among friends and beyond, all levels of dancers or non-dancers welcome,” they wrote white sharing the footage.

Since being shared online, the video has collected over 2.7 lakh views and a ton of comments praising the performance. While one user wrote, ''This is so refreshing to even watch! I can't imagine how good it should feel to dance! I liked the way how some men started dropping in from the crowd," another wrote, "Love it!! Thank you for the light and the smiles.''
In December, Christmas shoppers at a mall in the US were treated to a pleasant surprise when a dance crew started a flash mob, and police officers joined them too.
