Watch VIDEO: Whale returns woman’s phone after she dropped it into sea

A video is currently going viral on the social media which shows a beluga whale returning a phone to a woman who had dropped it in the water at Hammerfest Harbour in Norway on Monday. According to a report in DailyMail, Isa Opdahl, who was out in a boat with her friends, accidentally dropped her phone in the water.

However, the gigantic mammal came to rescue of clumsy traveller. While she lost all hope to get it back, amazingly, the beluga whale brought back her phone to the surface in its mouth.

The clip has surfaced days after a beluga whale was found with a tight harness that appeared to be Russian and had raised the alarm of Norwegian officials leading to speculations that the animal may have escaped from a Russian military facility.
