Delhi Assembly elections 2020: The voting in the Delhi assembly elections is currently underway. Over 1.47 crore voters are eligible to exercise their franchise to elect a new government, with 672 candidates in the fray. Polling began at 8 am and will end at 6 pm. Delhi is witnessing a three-cornered contest between the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and the Congress. Amid Assembly elections, Police and paramilitary force personnel hold flag march in Brij Puri. Jt CP Eastern Range Alok Kumar said, "There's adequate arrangement in place for smooth conduct of polls. All senior officers along with the forces patrolling the area. PCR and QRTs deployed at sensitive areas."
