The Queen of Melody, Asha Bhosle is celebrating her 86th birthday today. With a career spanning six decades, the iconic singer has given us many hit songs and her magical voice has won millions of hearts across the globe. In 2011, she was acknowledged by the Guinness Book of World Records as the most recorded artist in the music history. Asha ji has also been honoured with the highest civilian award in India including the Dadasaheb Phalke Award in 2000 and the Padma Vibhushan in 2008. Raat Akeli Hai (1967): Sung by Asha Bhosle, Raat Akeli Hai was a very popular song from the film 'Jewel Thief' which released in 1967.
