It has been almost a year that Baahubali was released in India and the beginning of the film got amazing hit. But according to sources, the second part of SS Rajamouli’s magnum opus “Baahubali” will hit theatres on April 28, 2017. Bollywood filmmaker Karan Johar, who distributed the Hindi version of the first part, announced that his Dharma Productions will also distribute “Baahubali - The Conclusion” along with AA films. Prabhas, who was in the lead role in ‘Baahubali’, signed no other films for almost three years. He was getting physically ready for the fighting styles, war scenes. His last film was ‘Mirchi’ in 2013, after which he was busy shooting for the ‘Baahubali’ franchise.

Director SS Rajamouli is a well-known perfectionist left no stone unturned for the Water fall sequence. The single Water fall scene was shot for 109 days, and actor Prabhas learned rock climbing in advance.

The gigantic, 100-feet statue of Rana Daggubati’s character Bhalladeva was no visual effects. The Bhalladeva statue actually weighed over 8000kg and it required four cranes to set it at the proper position. Just for erecting the statue it took twelve days.
