BARC TRP ratings week 31, 2018: Naagin 3 leads the chart again; Kundali Bhagya, Kumkum Bhagya continue to shine

The pecking order of the General Entertainment Channels (GECs) has witnessed a significant change in week 31. After a long, Star Plus has toppled to become the number one channel while Colors lags behind followed by Zee TV in the urban sector. Sony Entertainment Television and Sony Sab have secured the fourth and fifth place respectively. However, Sony TV's much-awaited singing reality show Indian Idol, which initially found a place at the high-profile chart, has slipped down the TRP ladder. Featuring Surbhi Jyoti as the protagonist, the supernatural soap has ranked the number 1 spot on the TRP chart yet again in week 31. The Ekta Kapoor venture continues to telecast some nail-biting episodes to woo its audiences again and again. Besides Srubhi Jyoti, Naagin 3 also stars Pearl V Puri and Anita Hassanandani in key roles.

The on-screen chemistry of lead pair Karan and Preeta, however, has kept the viewers hooked on to their television sets over the months.

The family drama has been pipped by Colors TV's much-loved reality show Dance Deewane and placed at the number 4 position in week 31.

Some drama-packed episodes featuring lead pair Kartik (Mohsin Khan) and Naira (Shivangi Joshi), has helped the Star Plus show to manage a permanent place in the hearts of million.
