Jr NTR’s first season of Bigg Boss Telugu kicked off Sunday July 16 on Star Maa. The show marks the much awaited small screen debut of Tollywood star Junior NTR. There are 14 contestants from film and television backgrounds who have entered Junior NTR-hosted show.
Bigg Boss Telugu is said to be the most expensive TV reality show produced in Telugu. A massive Bigg Boss house has been constructed at more than 10,000 square feet area, equipped with 60 cameras.

1) Archana aka Veda Sastry:
Archana aka Veda Sastry is the first contestant to enter Bigg Boss Telugu. She has acted in all the four South Indian film industries - Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada.
2) Sameer
Telugu actor Sameer is a well known face as he has seen in popular movies like Sri Ramadasu, M Perfect etc.
3) Mumaith Khan
Actress who is known for her item song Mumaith Khan has worked in all the leading film industries of India like Telugu, Tamil and Hindi languages.
4) Prince Cecil
Prince Cecil enter Bigg Boss Telugu as the fouth contestant he was seen in Neeku Naaku Dash Dash in 2012.
5) Madhu Priya
Singer Madhu Priya is a playback singer, who shot to fame with "Adapillanamma Nenu Adapilanani" song in Idea super on Maa Tv channel. She has sung for movies like Fidaa, Daggaraga Dooramga and few other movies.
6) Sampoornesh Babu
Sampoornesh Babu started his acting career in Srikanth's Mahatma in 2009 and predominantly works in Telugu.

Jyothi is known for her special numbers in the films like Ranga The Donga, Chitrangada, Oh My God, Arddhanaari, Bhadram Be Careful Brotheru, Kevvu Keka, Oh My Love, etc.
8) Kalpana Raghavendra
She is the daughter of singer TS Raghavendra and Sulochan apart from singing she is a dubbing artist, lyricist nd an actress.
9) Mahesh Kaththi
Mahesh Kaththi is is an actor, writer, director and film critic. His Minugurulu script has found place in the Oscar Library's permanent core collection.
10) Katti Karthika
Katti Karthika is a TV anchor, who appears on daily live show on V6 news.
11) Shiva Balaji
Shiva Balaji has worked in over 20 movies in Telugu. Arya, Pote Poni and Shambo Shiva Shambo are some of his well-known movies.
12) Hari Teja
Hari Teja has worked in many television serials that include Manusu Mamatha, Tali Kattu Shubavela, Abhishekam, Rakta Sambandam, Sivaranjani etc.
13) Aadarsha Balakrishna
Aadarsh Balakrishna made his debut in Bollywood film Iqbal. Some of his popular works are: Happy Days and Maro Charitra.
14) Dhanraj
Dhanraj made his debut with Teja's Jai. He has worked with movies of stars like Allu Arjun, Nagarjuna, Nani and Pawan Kalyan.
