Begum Jaan: Vidya Balan has already made a great impact with her ferocious character in the trailer and now she is all set to deliver another powerful performance. 'Begum Jaan' is the Hindi adaptation of Bengali movie 'Rajkahini', helmed by National Award winning filmmaker Srijit Mukherji, which also marks his directorial debut in Bollywood. Vidya plays the role of a brothel's madam in the film, set against the backdrop of freedom struggle. It also stars Naseeruddin Shah, Gauahar Khan, Pallavi Sharda, Ila Arun, Chunky Pandey among others. 'Begum Jaan' is set to hit the theatres on April 14.

Laali ki Shaadi Mein Laddoo Deewana: The film, revolving around Laali and Laddoo's wedding, largely focuses on father-son and father-daughter relationships. After 'Shamitabh' Akshara Hassan is back in this sweet lovestory alongside Vivaan Shah. The chemistry of the lead pair lends freshness to the story. Noor: Sonakshi Sinha plays the protagonist in the upcoming film 'Noor' which is based on Saba Imtiaz’s novel Karachi, You’re Killing Me!. Movie tells the tale of journalist-writer Noor’s misadventures and love life as she navigates her way through Mumbai. Directed by Sunhil Sippy, the film is slated to hit the theatres on April 21, 2017.

Maatr: The film deals with the grim subject of rape tells the heart-wrenching story of a mother who sets out to avenge her daughter's death.The film is set in Delhi and sees Raveena playing Vidya, who is left shattered after her daughter Tia's gruesome murder. What makes matters worse is the lax attitude of the police and the judiciary towards the case. When her husband and the cops offer her no support, Raveena's character takes it upon herself to seek revenge and mete out punishment to the culprits.Written by Michael Pellico and directed by Ashtar Sayed, 'Maatr' once again brings the spotlight on the rampant rape incidents in Delhi. The movie is slated to release on April 21.

The SS Rajamouli period saga will hit theatres on April 28 in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi and Malyalam language.
