Kaun Banega Crorepati (KBC) 9 is all set to be launched on August 28
at 9pm slot on Sony Entertainment Television. The Amitabh Bachchan hosted show is currently in its ninth season and will air a gap of three years. Fans are eagerly waiting for the quiz based show to be on air. KBC has also been hosted by Shahrukh Khan in the year 2007.

The upcoming show is expected to follow the signature format of TED where prominent speakers give their opinion in front of a live audience. It is expected to clash with Salman Khan's Bigg Boss 11 on Colors. Media reports suggest Ekta Kapoor and Karan Johar will join Shahrukh for an episode.
