Salman played the role of Akash Verma, who is a playboy, care-free, gregarious, a womaniser and falls in love with Pooja (Madhuri Dixit) who admires Aman’s (Sanjay Dutt) poem and loves him secretly but is totally unaware of the facts Akash and Aman are brothers.

Madhuri Dixit – The character of Pooja Saxena is played by Madhuri in the film, who frequently writes letters to correspond with her idol – Sagar (pen name of Aman).

Sanjay Dutt
