Hema Malini’s picture-perfect launch of Lok Sabha Election campaign goes viral

Hema Malini, sitting BJP MP from Mathura has kickstarted her poll campaign from for the upcoming Lok Sabha Polls. On Sunday, she was seen carrying harvested wheat crop and working along with women in a field. Filing her nomination on March 25, Hema Malini had said, 'There are several committed new young aspirants in the party. I would love to canvas for them if they would contest from Mathura in the next Lok Sabha election.' Hema Malini had defeated the RLD's sitting MP Jayant Chaudhary in the 2014 Lok Sabha polls by a huge margin of 3,30,743 votes. Voting will be held in Mathura in the second round of seven-phase Lok Sabha polls on April 18. Results will be announced on May 23.
