Delhi: Season's first fog covers the national capital
Delhi-NCR and adjoining regions have started to feel the mild winter chill. The national capital along with the neighbouring areas have witnessed chilly weather conditions.
It was a foggy morning in the national capital on Wednesday with Delhiites experiencing chilly conditions as the minimum temperature settled three notches below normal degrees Celsius.
Besides this, the wind speed that was earlier ranging between 20 kmph - 30 kmph has also reduced drastically and at present, these winds are light to very light. All these factors – low minimum temperatures, increased moisture and calm winds make the situation favourable for the formation of the fog over the entire northern plains including Delhi-NCR
