Indian Railways is expected to declare the results of RRB NTPC exam shortly. Since RRB officials have said that no such date has been set. The results of Indian Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) Non-Technical Popular Categories (NTPC) exam 2016 will take time, since its under process and is likely to declare in August. Moreover there is no hope of RRB NTPC results 2016 to be declared in first or second week of August.
According to the reports by Railway Official, no particular date has been set for announcement of RRB NTPC 2016 results. The officials even said that it might take more than a month for the results to be published.
Around 92 lakh aspirants have applied for RRB NTPC written test in 2016, conducted by RRB in the month of March-May. There were 18,252 vacancies in various technical and non-technical posts, but at the end of the day only around 56 lakh candidates had appeared for the exams.
The advertisement notification (CEN-03/2015) regarding the Indian Railway Recruitment Board NTPC exam was issued in December 2015, to recruit eligible candidates for various posts, including assistant station master, clerk, goods guard, typist, apprentice and junior accounts assistant.

The RRB NTPC exam was rescheduled to be held at eight centres, such as Allahabad, Pune, Delhi and West Bengal (few centres) due to administrative reasons. Moreover, the examination in other centres continued as per the schedule.
The successful aspirants will be recommended for the posts of Commercial Apprentice (CA), Traffic Apprentice (TA), Enquiry-cum-Reservation Clerk (ECRC), Goods Guard, Senior Clerk-cum-Typist, Junior Accounts Assistant-cum-Typist (JAA), Assistant Station Master (ASM), Traffic Assistant and Senior Time Keeper.
