In Pics: 9 Deadly Asteroids To Approach Towards Earth This Year, May Hit Us

Asteroids can bring tsunamis, shock waves and flattening winds that could be catastrophic. The space rocks approach towards the Earth due to the gravitational forces that affect them. Around 50 asteroids would have zip past the Earth in past few months, but failed to hit. However, a car-sized asteroid slams into the Earth's atmosphere about once in a year. On the other hand, an asteroid large enough to threaten the existence of life on Earth arrives once in every few million years. Over 7 lakh asteroids that have been found in space. Out of 7 lakh asteroids, nine will come dangerously close to the Earth this year. If these asteroids hit the Earth, humans will extinct.
