Display – Pixel 2 has a 5-inch display FULL HD AMOLED screen with a resolution of 1080x1920 and pixel density of 441 ppi. However, Pixel 2 XL to have a bigger screen than Pixel 2 which is a 6-inch with a density of 538 ppi and an aspect ratio of 18:9.

Camera – The camera is virtually unchanged from its predecessor, but Google Pixel 2 has its own image signal processor called Pixel Visual Core. With its 8MP front and 12.2MP rear camera lens, Pixel 2 can shoot 4K video. Google Pixel 2 will not only give great quality images in good light but also in poor light. It has HDR technology which gives razor sharp images even in the shadow areas of the image.

Battery – The powerhouse of Google Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL is similar to its predecessor, i.e. 2700 mAh in Pixel 2 and 3520 mAh in Pixel XL. The company also ships a 18W fast charger.

Design – Similar to their screen sizes, both the Pixel 2s are different in design as well. Pixel 2 XL has skinnier bezels and curved edges on the side of its display. Both the smartphones have the same aluminium rear design with a camera in the upper left corner above a fingerprint sensor.

Sound – Google has ditched 3.5 mm jack in Pixel 2. One will have to use a pair of Bluetooth buds. The company has also added 25 volume steps for complete control over the loudness.

Price – The 64GB and 128 GB variant of Pixel 2 is priced at Rs 61,000 and Rs 70,000 respectively while Pixel 2 XL is available for Rs 73,000 for 64GB and Rs 82,000 for 128GB model.
