Yu Yureka S smartphone launched in India; features 5.2-inch display, 3GB RAM, 13MP camera

YU Televentures, a subsidiary of Micromax, has announced Yu Yureka S smartphone in India. The device is priced at Rs 12,999 and will be available via online and offline retailers. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor paired with 3GB RAM. Yu Yureka S is available in black color variant. The smartphone is not up for sale yet but based on the listing. YU Televentures smartphone has a metal and poly carbonate chassis.

YU Yureka S packs in a 5.2-inch FHD display with 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution and a pixel density of 423 ppi. The screen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3.

Yu Yureka S smartphone features a 13MP rear camera with f/2.2 aperture and HDR support. The front camera is 5MP with 84 degree wide-angle lens and f/2.2 aperture.

The unit runs on Android Lollipop OS and offers 16GB internal storage space which can be further extended to 64GB via microSD card.

Yu Yureka S smartphone is backed by a 3,000 mAh battery which offers a standby time of up to 450 hours and talk time of up to 9 hours. This is a dual SIM smartphone that comes with hybrid SIM slot.
