Aliens on Mars? Latest picture shows 'three towers'

Some UFO and alien enthusiasts have claimed that a picture of Mars shows three tall towers that are standing in a perfect straight line on the red planet. They have claimed that this is a clear evidence that aliens, with high intelligence, are present on Mars.

A video has been posted on YouTube channel called Mundodesconocido. According to its author, the image shows three towers that are about 4.8 kilometre tall are neatly arranged in a perfect straight line.

According to the author, the towers apparently show signs of advanced technology, hence it will not be right to call it a mere coincidence.

The YouTube video also shows 3D renderings of the towers apart from the original. Mars Global Surveyor and Mars Odyssey missions has released more blurry images for everyone.

The towers do not look like something that can be created by wind or water, the believers argued. However, NASA scientists are not much impressed by the interesting discovery.

NASA scientists said that the three structures may actually look not so perfect when seen from close by and the truth can be disappointing.
They further said that when those ‘towers’ are seen from Earth, their brains tend to look for familiar artefacts to explain the world around them, a phenomenon called pareidolia.

The NASA scientists gave another example of the famous "Face on Mars", which does not really look like a face at all when seen from another perspective.
