Scientists have said that there’s a direct link between a person’s attitude on Twitter and success of their dieting efforts.
Further, Georgia Institute of Technology’s researchers claimed that dieting failure or success of an individual could be predicted with an accuracy rate of 77 percent depending upon his/her usage of words on Twitter.
Research indicates that successful dieters are usually upbeat and use self-reflective language in their tweets. Further, they are highly focused on topics related with health, fitness and are more interactive on the social front.
Moreover, research also claims negative Twitter content can be attributed to those who are unable to meet their dietary goals. Such people’s posts also tend to be quite uneasy and fearful.
