New Delhi:
The 18th edition of the Asian Games is set to kick off from August 18, 2018, at Indonesian cities of Jakarta and Palembang. This will be the first time in the history of Asian Games that the event will be hosted by two cities. Sportspersons from a total of 45 nations will be participating in the event.

India will keep a tab on Wrestling, Weightlifting, Shooting, Fencing, Wushu, Badminton and Table Tennis as these are the games which have experienced and proven players.
This will be the first time when E-Sports and Canoe Polo will make a big-ticket debut at the multi-sport event, albeit only as a demonstration sport.
