Buoyant India, high on confidence following a six-game winning streak, is set to clash on Kyrgyzstan in their second qualifier for the 2019 AFC Asian Cup at Bengaluru’s Kanteerava Stadium on Tuesday evening. The game is being billed as a marquee clash for India and will be an acid test for Stephen Constantine’s boys.
India has come into the game after winning six official international matches on the trot, including a 2-0 victory over Nepal last week, and they will look to continue the momentum against their Central Asian opponents. The Stephen Constantine-coached Indian side are ranked at exactly 100 while Kyrgyzstan are 132nd in the latest FIFA rankings.
