BCCI has announced 15 member Test squad for upcoming home series against New Zealand. Virat Kohli is the skipper of Indian test team against Black caps. Out of form batsman Rohit Sharma has made the team.

Test squad for New Zealand series announced

The BCCI on Monday announced 15-member Test squad for upcoming home series against New Zealand. Virat Kohli is named as skipper of Indian Test team against Black Caps. Out of form batsman Rohit Sharma has find a place in the team.

All-rounder Stuart Binny and pacer Shardul Thakur have been dropped from Indian Test squad for series against New Zealand.

First test match is to be played at Green Park, Kanpur from 22 September. Other two matches will be played in Kolkata and Indore on 30th September and 8th October simultaneously.

The 15 membered squad has 3 spinners as the series is in India.

Virat Kohli (Capt), KL Rahul, Cheteshwar Pujara, Ajinkya  Rahane, Murali Vijay, Rohit Sharma, R.Ashwin, Wriddhiman Saha, Ravindra Jadeja, Md. Shami, Ishant Sharma, Bhuvaneshwar Kumar, Shikhar Dhawan, Amit Mishra, Umesh Yadav.
