The International Cricket Council has announced the schedule for ICC T20 World Cup 2016 which will be played across eight different locations in India.
A total of 58 games will be played, among them will be 35 men matches and 23 women matches. The tournament which starts on 8th march will be 27 day long. The games will be held in Bengaluru, Chennai, Dharamsala, Kolkata, Mohali, Mumbai, Nagpur and New Delhi.
The semi-finals will be played in New Delhi and Mumbai on 30 and 31 March, respectively, while Eden Gardens in Kolkata will be the venue of the 3 April finals.
The semi-finals and final for the women matches will be followed by the men’s knock-out matches. A reserve day has been kept for the finals.
