England upstage Sri lanka to set a new world record of highest total in a One-Day International match, as the hosts put a mighty total of 444 against Pakistan in the third ODI match at Nottingham. The previous record was held by Sri Lanka who had scored 443 against Netherlands at Amstelveen in July 2006.
