Indian cricket team continued their poor run in overseas condition as they struggled against England once again on the day 4 of the fifth and final Test match at the Oval. Chasing a mammoth target of 464, the Virat Kohli-led India were given a hammer blow by the duo of James Anderson and Stuart Broad as they both dismissed Dhawan, Pujara, and Kohli for 1, 0, 0 respectively. Anderson scalped two wickets with Broad taking one.
Earlier on day 4, playing his farewell Test, England opener Alastair Cook smashed a brilliant 147 to bow out from International cricket in style, whereas skipper Joe Root broke his century jinx and scored 125 runs. England declared at 423 for 8.
