Former Indian left-arm seamer Zaheer Khan trolled Yuvraj Singh on Twitter after the left-handed batsman joked about the pacer’s continuous tweets during Pakistan and Sri Lanka game on Monday in the Champions Trophy. Yuvraj posed a question to Zak on Twitter as to why was he tweeting so much in the Pakistan-Sri Lanka match.
Zak got back to Yuvraj Singh in equal measure by retweeting that though he was tweeting quite frequently but Yuvraj was fielding like him. Khan thereby took a dig at his former Indian colleague over his poor fielding in the game against South Africa.
Yuvraj and Zaheer made their respective debuts for India in the same match against Kenya in Nairobi on October 3 in 2000. Since then the two cricketers have been great friends and leave no opportunity to pull each other’s legs.Â
Yuvraj asked Zaheer, “Are tu bade tweet kar raha hai aaj kal ki gal?†(You are tweeting too much these days, what’s the deal?)
Zaheer was quick to reply his answer. He quote retweeted Yuvraj by writing, “I am tweeting like you but why are you fielding like me ??? Hahahaâ€
