India's Skipper Virat Kohli has been on the recieving end on and off the field in the ongoing four-match Test series against Australia. After the conclusion of Ranchi Test, Australian media made a scathing accusation on India captain Virat Kohli of being "completely untouchable" and "a law unto himself".

This comes after Kohli accused the Australian players of trolling Team India physio Patrick Farhart during the Ranchi Test.
Fox Sports compared Kohli with the United States President Donald Trump, saying "Kohli has become the Donald Trump of world sport". The article in Daily Telegraph read "Virat Kohli has become the Donald Trump of world sport. Just like President Trump, Kohli decided to blame the media as a means of trying to hide the egg smeared right across his face,".

Former India captain Sunil Gavaskar to describe the Australian media as an extension of cricket team's support staff. Australian skipper Steve Smith was seen seeking the dressing room's advice after being adjudged leg before wicket during his team's second inning in the match which India won 75 runs.
