New Delhi:

India shall be taking on New Zealand in the second match of the T20 series at Rajkot on Saturday. The match shall commence at 7 pm.

India is 1-0 up in the series after winning the series opener at Feroz Shah Kotla in Delhi by 53 runs. The win at Kotla gave the Indians their maiden win against the Black Caps in the shortest format.

The Indian batting fired on all cylinders with their openers Rohit Sharma and Shikhar Dhawan compiling quick fire half centuries. Captain Kohli and lent impetus to the innings in the later stages and helped the host post a mammoth 200 plus score.

The Indians were all over the Kiwis batting lineup and made early inroads into their batting. Tom Latham was the only Kiwis who looked comfortable against the Indian attack in the first game.

Pacer Adam Milne could also get a look in as the Kiwis might look to inject some more threat to their bowling line-up after Tim Southee and Trent Boult were taken to the cleaners at Kotla.

The Kotla match marked the farewell of one of India's finest seamers Ashish Nehra. Nehra was given a heart warming send off in front of his home fans at the Kotla.
