India vs New Zealand, 2nd T20I: Colin Munro's century, Trent Boult's 4 wickets help Kiwis defeat Kohli's boys by 40 runs, level series 1-1

The Black Caps scored an imposing 196 runs courtesy 'Man of the Match' Colin Munro's whirlwind century and defeated India by 40 runs in the second T20 international. The series is now leveled 1-1.

New Zealand defeated India by runs riding high on Colin Munro's whirlwind 54 ball century. The Kiwis have made a tremendous comeback and the series now hangs 1-1.

After the 'Black Caps' batsmen scored an imposing 196 runs for the loss of 2 wickets, India were in for a hard chase.Whereas Guptill and Munro gave a majestic start to the Kiwis innings, the Indian batsmen were susceptible from the start. Indian openers Rohit Sharma and Shikhar Dhawan were snared early by Trent Boult who rocked the Indian chase.

Apart from skipper Virat Kohli, MS Dhoni and newcomer Shreyas Iyer, none of the other batsmen could tackle the Kiwi bowlers.The Kiwi spinners Mitchell Santner and Ish Sodhi restricted the run flow of Indians in the middle overs. 

Colin Munro too chipped in a wicket apart from his majestic century to earn the 'Man of the Match' award.
